Expected Shipping Delays Due To Covid-19 & Christmas Delivery Time Update

In our most recent times we have been filled with uncertainty as we, as a nation and world community, deal with the COVID-19 crisis.It is our privilege to continue to support you and your family with our products delivered to your home.
Unfortunately, it is with heavy heart that we tell you that as of now we are unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas. All items will be received and if you have ordered prior to this update, you too shall receive your package in time but due to lockdown measures being imposed in many nations as cases rise, we understand that different countries will be affected in different ways.
Rest assured, our teams work hard to adapt to a changing environment, including labor shortages and increased demand, it is likely that in the weeks ahead our customers may experience changes to the usual Urban Society experience. With that in mind, we wanted to share what you can expect at this time:
The good news: We are a robust e-commerce shop and can operate remotely. We are also extending FREE Shipping to all of our customers during these tough times.
The bad news: You may experience delays with orders being shipped, response times being slowed from our customer care teams, and some of our inventory will not be available for the time being.
As of now, some of our mail operations have been delayed, and some of our warehouse operations are being impacted. Our normal fulfillment window might extend by a few days, but we are committed to supporting our customers and community. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.
